NG Builders was founded by the Morán family after more than five years of hands-on work in remodeling and construction across Colorado. The company grew the way most trades do, one referral at a time.
We keep the work in house instead of handing it to subcontractors. That is the reason you hear from the same people on the last day of a project as on the first.

Common questions
How much will my project cost?
Every project is priced individually. Once we see the space and understand the scope, we prepare a written estimate that covers labor, materials, and the schedule. The cost depends on the size of the area, the materials selected, whether plumbing or electrical work is moved, and the condition of what is already there.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. The initial consultation and the estimate are free. We visit the property, review what you have in mind, and follow up with a written proposal.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the scope. A bathroom generally takes four to seven weeks of construction, a kitchen six to twelve weeks, and a basement finish eight to twelve weeks. We give you a schedule with the estimate so you know what to plan around.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. NG Builders works with its own crew across the entire project. The same team that starts your project finishes it, which keeps the schedule and the quality under our control.
